Drilled Dynamics · model validation · one ball per sheet
Date ____________ Measured by ____________
Why this matters: these numbers turn the engine's assumptions into
measurements — removed-material density (A3), the undrilled static baseline
(replaces A2′/A5), and a real-world check of the predicted drilled statics.
Precision targets: weight to 0.01 lb (or ¼ oz), dodo scale to its
smallest graduation, sizes/depths straight off the drill sheet.

Undrilled dodo readings are the real baseline the engine
currently has to assume. Orient by the CG/pin markers and note how you
oriented it.

Weighing one insert on the gram scale closes ADR-002's density
gap for good.
6 · Back at the computer
Open the ball in Drilled Dynamics → Layout & Drill Sheet tab; enter the
exact layout, hole sizes/depths/pitches, and the box-sticker top weight,
then Compute drilled numbers.
Switch to the Validation tab and type in every number from this
form — the app computes measured-vs-predicted deltas, the implied
removed-material density, and hints at which assumption any discrepancy
points to. Two or three balls across brands is enough to calibrate.
Drilled Dynamics is EXPERIMENTAL; this form exists to test it. Form v1 ·
